Foundation

Eurobond-Sales AG (formerly Eurobond-Sales GmbH) has been operating as an independent financial services provider in Düsseldorf since 1999. Until 2002, it was part of Spütz AG, Düsseldorf, one of the largest brokerage companies in Europe for trading in German government bonds in the 1990s
2002

Management Buy Out

The management buy-out carried out by some employees in 2002 laid the foundation for the expansion of the customer and product range of Eurobond Sales and a successful further development of the company over almost 20 years.
2004

GmbH -> AG

In 2004, Eurobond-Sales was transferred from the legal form of a GmbH to a stock corporation. At the same time, smartS Service- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, based in Düsseldorf, was founded by the shareholders of Eurobond-Sales. Since then, it has held 100% of the share capital in Eurobond-Sales AG to this day.
2007

Location Munich

In 2007, the company opened its branch in Munich and, in addition to strengthening its personnel, was also able to significantly improve its geographical proximity to many customers.

The expansion of the business areas in the company has always taken place on its own, which was and is made possible by the particularly committed employees, a level-headed and long-term management policy and a family corporate culture.
